Declining labor force in Japan
In Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging, it is said that the labor force will decline at the fastest rate in the world.
The working-age population (15-64 years old) is expected to decrease from 81.28 million at present to 49.29 million in 2050, a decrease of 32 million.
There is also a report. (From the 2014 White Paper on Health, Labor and Welfare)
However, the acceptance of foreign workers is the most delayed among developed countries, and it will be a new labor force in the future.
Attention is focused on accepting international human resources.
